Timber Sales
Place bids on state forest timber sales using our Timber Sale Bid Form (2400-049).
Current Timber Sale Information
Sealed bids on 23 sales in Iron, Vilas, and Oneida Counties consisting of a total of 2538 acres will be received by mail or in person at the Northern Highland-American Legion (NHAL) State Forest, 4125 Forest Headquarters Road, Boulder Junction, WI, 54512. We will be receiving bids at the office address up to 12:30 p.m. and until 1:30 p.m. November 4th, 2026 at the Boulder Junction Community Center (5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction, WI 54512). Bids must be handed to a DNR employee at opening and will be opened immediately thereafter for timber stumpage described in the prospectus.
