DRM Industries (DRM) is located in Lake Delton and currently employs 48 staff. Founded as a fabrication shop in 1970, the company expanded five years later to include machining in its services and added Best Ex Signs in 2005. Over the years, their dedication to technological advancement and customer satisfaction has propelled them forward, establishing a legacy of reliability and trust. DRM is a 100% employee-owned company that prides itself on developing innovative solutions to support its customers' needs and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Each of their employee owners is fully invested in this mission.

Our goal is to improve efficiency, increase visibility to our efforts and obtain approval for our ISO 14001 certification," said Ethan Richardson, quality assurance manager at DRM.

Environmental Activities

Prior to their Green Tier - Tier 1 application, the company was planning to implement an environmental management system that is certified to the ISO 14001 standard to help increase their efficiency and make their business more sustainable and resilient. DRM’s environmental goals include improving energy use and increasing metal recycling and environmental awareness among employees so they understand the positive impact of their everyday work.
