Camping

Mirror Lake State Park

Mirror Lake State Park has 151 family campsites in three separate campgrounds with seven group sites. The campgrounds are predominantly forested, with beautiful pines and oaks making up most of the woods. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table, and most have a sand tent pad. The park also has an accessible cabin for people with disabilities and a rental cottage that was designed by famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

Winter Camping and seasonal water

During winter, camping is available in the Sandstone Ridge Campground at sites 58-65. These sites all have electricity and are plowed. Reservations are required. Mirror Lake's other campgrounds and all shower buildings, flush toilets and the dump station are closed during winter. Vault toilets are available behind site 59 and water is available at the park entrance station.

Reservations

Camping reservations are required year-round and can be made for the same day of your arrival or up to 11 months in advance of your planned date of occupancy. Campers must make a reservation before setting up on any site.
