The DNR Bureau of Environmental Analysis and Sustainability will hold a public informational meeting concerning the proposed Green Tier participation contract for The C.A. Lawton Co. located in De Pere, Wis. C.A. Lawton Co. has a robust sustainability program designed to continually improve the business as they work toward superior environmental performance.
The company is seeking coverage under the Type G registration permit and would be required to maintain Tier 2 status as a condition of that permit.
A copy of the proposed contract is available online.
Written comments will also be accepted on this proposal through March 30, 2021.
