Accessibility

Potawatomi State Park offers accessible opportunities including an accessible cabin, accessible campsites, an accessible fishing pier, picnic shelters, and a boat launch with an accessible boarding pier. A universal kayak launch will be installed at Potawatomi State Park in mid-June 2025. This launch features an accessible route of travel, a transfer bench, handrails, and rollers or launch guides to help the vessel glide into the water. An adaptive kayak will also be available for rental from the park.

Nature Center

The self-guided Nature Center features information on flora and fauna found within Potawatomi State Park and local history. Pick up a Wisconsin Explorer book, record your nature observations on the chalkboard, see, touch, and feel natural objects and meet a Lake Sturgeon. The Nature Center is located next to the park store, and is open during the summer season along with the park store.
