Picnic Areas and Shelters

Potawatomi State Park has several picnic areas along the Sturgeon Bay shoreline, as well as an overlook of the park's old ski hill. There are playgrounds in the picnic area by Parking Lot 2 and the Daisy Field campground. A shelter is available for reservations along the south shoreline picnic area.

Reservable shelter

Potawatomi's picnic shelter along the south shoreline picnic area can be reserved. The shelter has a fireplace and electrical outlets. The overhead doors are open during warmer months and the shelter is enclosed on three sides. The shelter is accessible to people with disabilities and has a playground nearby.
