Details 

This is a joint public hearing on emergency rule WM-15-22(E) and permanent rule WM-16-22. Both rules revise ch. NR 10 and are related to establishing the 2023-2024 migratory bird season framework and regulations.

The public has the opportunity to testify at the hearing. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged if you plan to provide spoken comments during the hearing. To pre-register, please save and complete the fillable appearance slip and submit it to scottr.karel@wisconsin.gov. You may also submit written comments on the rule to DNRAdministrativeRulesComments@wisconsin.gov by 11:59 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2023. Written comments will have the same weight and effect as spoken testimony presented at the hearing. The RR External Advisory Group (EAG) was formed to address a broad range of issues encompassing both technical and policy topics related to encouraging the investigation, cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated sites.
