The public is invited to attend and observe the discussion.

The training will explain the stages of environmental rule development, facility-specific permit reviews and where public input can impact outcomes. Registration is limited to the first 250 participants.

The City of Antigo owns and operates the Spring Brook Pollution Abatement Facility, a domestic wastewater treatment system that serves a population of approximately 8,234. The facility discharges to Spring a Brook within Spring Brook Watershed in the Upper Wisconsin River Drainage Basin in Langlade County. The proposed permit reissuance includes a mercury variance.
