Accessibility

Point Beach State Forest offers an array of accessibility opportunities and amenities. The forest features beach access mats at the lighthouse parking lot and the lakeshore parking lot during summer. There is also accessible parking, bathrooms, shower facilities, campsites and beach access.

Point Beach State Forest has a motorized all-terrain tracked wheelchair that is available for free to checkout from the property office. Call the office at 920-794-7480 for more information on the outdoor wheelchair.

Horseback Riding

There are 3.6 miles of horse trails at Point Beach State Forest. A horse trailer parking lot is off County Highway O just north of the main entrance to the State Forest. The northern horse trail loop is 1.3 miles and the southern loop is 2.3 miles. Horse trails are open seasonally, from May through October.
