DNR Continues PFAS Drinking Water Well Sampling In Town Of Peshtigo

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced it will continue to sample drinking water wells in an Expanded Site Investigation Area in the Town of Peshtigo due to the potential presence of groundwater contaminated with per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The DNR will use state funds for the sampling effort, which is scheduled to begin this spring.
