DNR To Host Family Fun Day At Brule State Fish Hatchery Aug. 16

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), along with the Douglas County Fish and Game League, Brule River Sportsmen’s Club, the Wild Rivers Chapter of Trout Unlimited and Western Lake Superior Trollers Association, will host their annual Family Fun Day at the Brule State Fish Hatchery in Brule on Saturday, Aug. 16. The Wisconsin State Fair starts today, and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is excited to announce the agency will be on-site to engage with fairgoers July 31 - Aug. 10. This year is the 125th anniversary of the Wisconsin State Park System, and the DNR will be celebrating this milestone at the State Fair.
