The park is open year-round from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
During the offseason, the main gate is closed, but visitors may park at the entrance and walk into the park.
Fees
- Vehicle admission sticker is required.
- Camping in the Wisconsin State Park System.
- Hunting licenses apply.

Friends group
The Friends of Stonefield State Historical Site and Nelson Dewey State Park is a Friends Group that was started to promote the properties, provide interpretive and educational programs for our visitors, coordinate volunteer services and provide financial support to Stonefield and Nelson Dewey State Park.
