Forestry Equipment Catalog

On August 31, the LeMay stockroom will transition to an online ordering system. The stockroom has been working with Tyler Technologies for over a year to migrate our existing email ordering system to an updated sales and inventory control platform.

Fire departments can purchase equipment from the DNR's Forestry Equipment Research and Development Center catalog. The catalog lists items available and prices (subject to change). DNR only sells equipment to Wisconsin government agencies and cooperating fire departments in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin fire departments that have a signed suppression agreement with the DNR may order equipment and personal protective clothing through the center's stockroom in Tomahawk. A signed authorization from the DNR area forestry leader is necessary before a fire department may place an order directly with the Tomahawk stockroom.

The center will not do any special purchasing, but fire departments may order any items normally stocked by the center. These items can be picked up or shipped. However, orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes.

How To Order

Public Orders

If you are not a state employee, you'll need a MyWisconsin ID to use the stockroom store. If you haven’t already, create a MyWisconsin ID to prepare for the FFP Grant ordering season.

MyWisconsin ID is a way for the public to access state of Wisconsin services like this one. You can think of it like a Microsoft or Google account: one username and password linked to your email address gets you access to many systems and services.

If you have any issues with your MyWisconsin ID, contact the Wisconsin Division of Enterprise Technology’s MyWisconsin ID Account Service Desk at 608-471-6667.

State Employee Orders

If you are a state employee logging in to the stockroom e-commerce site, you will select “Sign-In with State Entra.”

Budget codes are required for all DNR orders. If you are using the same budget code for your entire order, you only need to enter it into the box next to the first line. Please only enter the Appropriation and Activity portion of the budget code (example: "12345-RDFIREEQUIPMENT").
