Broad Incidental Take Permit/Authorization
This Broad Incidental Take Permit/Authorization (BITP/A) allows approved individuals to handle, possess, propagate, remove and relocate state-endangered and threatened species if those activities are being conducted for a regulatory purpose. This permit/authorization does not cover activities being conducted for educational or scientific purposes.

Annual Report
All individuals covered under the Regulatory Removals BITP/A are required to complete and submit an annual report of activities conducted under the permit/authorization, including any information specifically requested by the department pursuant to s. 29.604, Wis. Stats. and NR 27, Wis. Admin. Code. Failure to submit timely, complete and/or accurate annual reports may result in revocation of coverage under the permit/authorization and confiscation of any endangered or threatened animals, plants or specimens in your possession.
