Work Play Earth Day

Be a Friend For a Day! Join the Friends of Council Grounds State Park and park staff for some spring cleaning.

Activities may include litter pick up, clearing branches from trails and cleanup in campgrounds and picnic areas. Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes and work gloves. Park admission is waived for volunteers. We encourage you to stay after your volunteer work is done and enjoy the park to celebrate Earth Day.
