Deer Processing Class (Burnett County)

Join experienced instructors for a hands-on deer processing class where you'll learn about:

• Hanging and aging your deer.
• Skinning and caping techniques. 
• Chronic wasting disease topics.
• Safe processing methods.
• Packaging meat for home use and freezer storage.

This class includes demonstrations and hands-on instruction with assistance from Hondo's Wild Game Processing (St. Croix Falls). Please wear clothes and footwear appropriate for working with wild game. All necessary equipment will be provided during the class.
