Pie Iron Cooking

Description

Join Pudgy Pie Guy Jon Riemann for some pie iron cooking. Join the fun and learn some history about cooking over fire, the sandwich, and the pie iron. Jon will demonstrate how to make pizzas, Rubens, macaroni and cheese, and fruit-filled pies. Jon provides the gear and food; you put it together! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Everyone will have the opportunity to make their own pudgy pie, so bring a beverage. Meet Jon at the amphitheater near parking lot P4. Bathrooms are located a 10-minute walk from the Amphitheater. A Vehicle Admission pass is required and can be purchased online or at the Park Office upon arrival.
