Wisconsin Karner Volunteer Monitoring Field Training Day

Description

We need your help to detect and monitor local Karner blue butterfly populations in our state!

Online training is available online and should be completed before this in-person event.

This in-person field training day will focus on identification and data submission. All volunteers should watch the two online training videos and take the online quiz PRIOR to the field day. 

Be sure to download the iNaturalist app to your smartphone before arriving, as we will practice uploading data to iNaturalist in the field.

Meet at the Beaver Creek Reserve Wise Nature Center (S1 County Hwy K, Fall Creek, WI 54742).
