The Waste and Materials Management Study Group will be meeting on Aug. 5, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. using an online Zoom meeting.

The group will be discussing:

- Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) updates and process improvements

- The waste characterization study and alternative landfill liner reports recently submitted to the DNR

- Recycling grant formula recommendations from the Recovery and Diversion subcommittee, and

- Solid waste improvements focusing on NR 544, Wisconsin Administrative Code.
