This public hearing will focus on DNR-proposed changes to fishing regulations on inland, outlying and boundary waters (the 2023 Fisheries Management Spring Hearing rule). This rule would apply fishing regulations to certain waters of the state to accomplish management goals. The annual Spring Hearing questionnaire is the main method for providing public input on the proposed regulation changes statewide. Along with input through the questionnaire, written comments have the same weight and effect as spoken testimony and may be submitted by April 14, 2023 to: Meredith Penthorn at Meredith.Penthorn@wisconsin.gov or
