The DNR will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the air pollution control permit application for the after-the-fact modification of six (6) diesel-fired emergency generators and the construction and operation of one (1) diesel fired emergency generator, a truck loadout station and fertilizer processing equipment, including conveyors, scalpers, a storage silo, an air swept tubular dryer, a fluid bed dryer/cooler and other equipment identified in the application for: Cold Spring Egg Farm, W2024 State Road 59, Palmyra, Jefferson County, Wisconsin.
