This is a public informational meeting and a public hearing on the Village of Somers application to divert Lake Michigan water with return flow to Lake Michigan.

The Village of Somers proposes to divert up to an annual average of 1.2 million gallons of water per day to the Mississippi River Basin. The Village of Somers purchases water from the Kenosha Water Utility and returns wastewater to the Kenosha Wastewater Utility.
