The facilities listed below each submitted to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) a permit application, including plans and specifications for revision of their existing air pollution control operation permit for operation of a municipal solid waste landfill. The permit revisions incorporate changes made by US EPA to the federal standards applicable to municipal solid waste landfills.
