Wisconsin Electric Power Company DBA We Energies-Paris Generating Station We Energies Paris Rice Generating Station, to be located at 16305 1st Street, Paris, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, FID 230094810, submitted to the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) a permit application, including plans and specifications for construction of reciprocating internal combustion engine (RICE) power plant consisting of seven natural gas-fired RICE electrical generating units, an emergency generator, natural gas-fired gas conditioning heaters, fuel oil heaters and space heaters, and other miscellaneous emission units.
