NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board (NRB) and the Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Board (ATCPB) will have a joint meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, 2811 Agriculture Drive, Madison, WI. The Board’s will receive presentations and have discussions on Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) and Federal Funding, Farmland Preservation, and Nutrient Management.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board and the Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Board will arrive at approximately 6:30 p.m. for a reception and dinner at the Executive Residence, 99 Cambridge Road, Madison, Wisconsin.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, in Room G09, State Natural Resources Building (GEF 2), 101 South Webster Street, Madison, Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1-7 as listed on the Agenda.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at approximately 11:45 a.m., the Natural Resources Board will meet in closed session under the authority of s.19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of discussing potential real estate transactions Added 2-17-12 and under the authority of s.19.85(1)(g) Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of discussing litigation matters.
