NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, the Natural Resources Board will tour and receive presentations at the following locations: At approximately 1:15 p.m. the Board will arrive at Shawano Dam, W. Richmond Street, Shawano; at approximately 2:10 p.m., the Board will arrive at “Cow Yard Rips Guard Site”, South of Valley View Road, Pella; at approximately 3:40 p.m., the Board will arrive at Bamboo Bend, corner of 54 & old 54, Shiocton; at approximately 4:10 p.m., the Board will arrive at Sturgeon Guard Camp, N7851 County Rd M, Shiocton; and at approximately 5:20 p.m., the Board will arrive at the Navarino Nature Center, W5646 Lindsten Rd, Shiocton. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board meeting will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, in the Grand Council Ballroom Iroquois North conference room at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, Green Bay, Wisconsin. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at at 8:30 a.m. 12:00 p.m., the Natural Resources Board will meet in closed session under the authority of s.19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of discussing potential real estate transactions and under the authority of s.19.85(1)(g) Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of discussing litigation matters.
