NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board meeting will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, in public meeting room G09, State Natural Resources Building (GEF 2), 101 S. Webster Street, Madison, WI. The Board will act on items 1-2 and 5-6 as listed on the Agenda.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at approximately noon on Wednesday, January 24, 2017 at the State Natural Resources Building (GEF 2), 101 S. Webster Street, Madison, WI, the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board may convene in closed session under the authority of s. 19.85(1)(e) Wisconsin Statutes to discuss the Department's competitive bargaining and negotiation position with respect to a potential real estate transaction in Southeast Wisconsin and in South Central Wisconsin.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.

- Heritage Hill Foundation, Inc. will donate a Children's Interactive Learning Center valued at $297,000 at Heritage Hill State Historical Park in Brown County to be used to provide historically relevant programming developed to interpret the “Military Heritage” theme in a manner that is age appropriate for children ages 2-10
- Friends of Crex Association, Inc. will donate $26,600 to be used to support wildlife education and wildlife habitat management purposes, including limited term employment positions, at the properties of the Glacial Lake Grantsburg Wildlife Management Complex
- Manitowish Waters Bike Trail Incorporated will donate construction of a public bike trail valued at $1.15 million in the Town of Manitowish Waters at Northern Highland State Forest in Vilas County, Wisconsin to be used to extend the public bike trail system known as the Heart of Vilas Trails
