NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, the Natural Resources Board will tour and/or receive presentations at the following locations: at approximately 12:45 p.m. the Board will arrive at a location near 4510 County T, Sturgeon Bay, topic: Beech Bark Disease; at approximately 2:45 p.m., the Board will arrive at Palmer Johnson Yacht, 128 Kentucky Street, Sturgeon Bay, topic: Manufacture process of large vessels; and at approximately 4:20 p.m., the Board will arrive at Strawberry Creek Spawning Facility, Strawberry Lane (off of County U), Sturgeon Bay, topic: Proposed acquisition - history and background of Rocker property.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Natural Resources Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at the Stone Harbor Resort and Conference Center in Room AB, 107 North First Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The Board will act on items 1-7 as listed on the Agenda.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 12:00 p.m., the Natural Resources Board will meet in closed session under the authority of s.19.85(1)(g) Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of discussing litigation matters.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that matters concerning natural resource issues or the Department's program responsibilities or operations specified in the Wisconsin Statutes, which arise after publication of this agenda may be added to the agenda and publicly noticed no less than two hours before the scheduled board meeting, if the Board Chair determines that the matter is urgent.

      1. Sturgeon for Tomorrow will donate $20,000 for the lake sturgeon exhibit at the Wild Rose Hatchery Education Center and another $5,000 for the rearing of lake sturgeon at the Wild Rose State Fish Hatchery for a total donation of $25,000
      2. The Friends of Devil’s Lake State Park will donate $16,000 to help fund an LTE position at the park to plan for and coordinate events for the 100th anniversary of Devil’s Lake State Park
