      3. The Black River State Forest Trail Foundation will donate $20,000 to construct a new grooming equipment shed for the Black River State Forest
      4. The Friends of High Cliff State Park will donate a Polaris Ranger utility vehicle valued at $16,400.00 to be used by the Friends volunteers and park staff to access trails and other hard to reach areas
