Newport State Park
The southern part of Newport State Park experienced severe storms in 2025 and hundreds of trees along the trails and campsites were blown down. All trails and sites are open, however, campsites 6-13 were the most impacted. For more information, see: Newport State Park Campsites 6-13 Conditions
