Horseback Riding

Harrington Beach State Park

The bridle trail at Harrington Beach runs for 1.2 miles through the park. The trailhead is at the park office on the north side of the park. The trail runs to the south side of the park and back. The trail is mainly flat with a few seasonably wet areas to cross. It goes through a mixture of red osier dogwood and green ash. Horses must remain on the bridle trail and are not allowed to ride off-trail or on the beach.

There is no horse camping at Harrington Beach.
