Glacial Drumlin State Trail

Camping near the Glacial Drumlin State Trail is available at campgrounds in the Southern Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest, Lake Kegonsa State Park, Capital Springs State Recreation Area and at the Sandhill Station State Campground about 1 mile south of Lake Mills on Mud Lake Road.

Sandhill Station State Campground

The Sandhill Station State Campground has 15 walk-in, tent-only campsites nestled in secluded oak savanna.  Water and vault toilets are available in the campground and showers are available at the Glacial Drumlin State Trail headquarters in Lake Mills. Firewood is not sold at this campground but is available from local vendors. The Sandhill Station State Campground is open annually from May 1 to October 31.
