This 287-acre property located in Grant County is commonly known as Fenley State Recreation Area. The property consists of upland hardwoods, steep bluffs and overlooks the Mississippi River. It is two miles west of Kieler and about four miles north of the Highway 151 bridge to Dubuque, Iowa.
