The regulations for small game, deer, migratory birds, bears and elk have all been combined into our Regulations booklet.
Translations and other information for specific species will be available closer to the hunting seasons.

Wolf Harvest
The most recent hunting season in Wisconsin was in 2021. Currently, wolves are federally protected and there is no hunting season planned for 2023.

Shooting Hours
Hunting hours differ depending on the time of year and location (northern or southern half of the state, as well as latitude). Hunters can look up their appropriate hunting hours below:
