Lake Michigan Salmon and Trout Meetings - 2019 ver2
Fisheries Management staff organized meetings in 2016 and 2017 to engage the public in our management of the Lake Michigan fisheries. Meetings that are planned for 2019 and shown below, continue that tradition. Our work with you and partners to manage Wisconsin's Lake Michigan fishery is an ongoing process. We have successfully tackled major issues on Lake Michigan over the past 40 years while maintaining a world-class fishery. Part of these efforts included public meetings in 2016 and 2017 to gather feedback on some plans and ideas aimed at continuing this fabulous fishery into the future. The time has come to engage stakeholders again on this topic.
Agenda and prepared handouts for the meeting are shown below. After May 20, the presentations from the meeting will be posted. Please print out any handouts you would like to have for the meeting, we will have a limited number available at the meeting.
