DNR Seeking Public Comment For Environmental Review Of City Of Washburn Safe Drinking Water Loan Program Project

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced the City of Washburn is an applicant for funding through the Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP) to address deficiencies in its public drinking water system. The project includes the replacement of watermains and goosenecks on STH 13 from Thompson Creek to 2nd Ave. West, 8th Ave. from STH 13 to 4th St., 4th St. from Omaha St. to STH 13 and Washington Ave. from Omaha St. to STH 13.
