DNR Seeking Public Comment For Environmental Review Of The City Of Sun Prairie Safe Drinking Water Loan Program Project

The project includes the replacement of lead service lines throughout the City of Sun Prairie.

DNR Names Madison Resident John Kessler State Natural Area Steward Of The Year

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) today announced John Kessler, of Madison, was named the 2020 State Natural Area Volunteer Steward of the Year for his dedication to one of the prairie remnants of the Empire Prairies State Natural Area, an 11-acre hilltop prairie that is one of five sites remaining from a vast prairie that covered northern Dane and southern Columbia counties 200 years ago.
