Learn To Butcher Deer – Green Bay

This workshop is held in conjunction with the Hunt for the Hungry program at Paul's Pantry in Green Bay. This inclusive workshop will be led by professionals and will show participants how to break down a deer step-by-step. Experts will also share tips on hanging a deer at home, show how to quarter and debone meat, and explain the best practices for storing your venison. The workshop will take approximately 3 to 4 hours. Participants should come prepared to help skin, quarter, cut, trim and package.
