Youth Waterfowl Hunt - Day 2

Description

This is a youth waterfowl hunt for kids ages 11-15.

We will have a great hunt at the Wings Over Wisconsin property just west of Marshall, WI.

Youth must have hunter education and a parent/guardian present. A mentor will provide decoys and blinds. Youth are welcome to bring their own guns if they have one. Steel shot is required (number 4 or 2 are the best size, and one box should be good if you are a good shot). Youth will hunt from blinds and accessible locations on dry land.

Do your best to wear camo or earth-tone colors. OHEC will have their Mobile Hunting Closet with some extra gear for those who need it.

Shooting will start around 6 a.m. and go until about 11 a.m., or when a limit is harvested.

This is an outdoor hunting event, so please plan for the weather and dress accordingly!
