Pollinator Appreciation Day

Description

Celebrate the pollinators in our world and enjoy a beautiful day outside with fun, family-friendly hikes, crafts, games and educational workshops. Lunch will be available for purchase.

Schedule:

• 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Exhibitor and resource tables, Nature Crafts and Free native plants while supplies last
• 10 – 11 a.m.: Plant Identification Hike
• 11 a.m. – noon: Presentation by Eric Manges (nature lover and former Fox 6 meteorologist)
• 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Lunch for sale and yard games
• 1 – 2 p.m.: Pollinator and Insect Hike

Drawings will occur at noon and 2 p.m. to win a resident annual Wisconsin State Parks vehicle admission pass and bandana courtesy of Friends of Havenwoods State Forest.
