Smokey's 80th Birthday Celebration/Fire Awareness

Description

This is a fun-filled event where you can learn about fire prevention and awareness. 

There will be a presentation on forest fires, ways to prevent forest fires and other fire awareness topics. Interactive activities and giveaways will be available for people of all ages. 

Friends of Governor Thompson will provide hot dogs, chips and lemonade. You can also learn about the Friends Group and how they help the park through volunteering, fundraising and donations.
