Birding Hike

Description

The Friends of Rib Mountain State Park invite the public to hike, explore Rib Mountain's glory and enjoy the birds that call the park home.

The hike will begin at the Park trailhead on Grouse Lane (drive south from Hwy NN) and will take approximately an hour and a half. Hikers should bring water and tick repellent and be prepared to hike uneven trails with downhill and uphill areas.

Members of the Wausau Bird Club will lead this hike and recommend bringing binoculars if you have them.
