Walking Stick Workshop

Description

Do you enjoy using a hiking stick? Now you can make your own!

Join the Friends of Sandhill to decorate natural hardwood sticks using wood burners, paints, feathers, beads and more. This intergenerational activity is excellent for the whole family, and all are welcome. An adult must accompany participants under 12 years old.

Class is limited to 8 participants per class.

Preregistration is required before June 4, along with a $5 registration fee per person. Late registration fee is $10. Register on the DNR's Sandhill Outdoor Skills Calendar webpage.
