Backyard Bird Count

Description

Need an incentive to get outside mid-winter? Join us for the annual Great Backyard Bird Count at Devil’s Lake.

Whether you are a novice or expert birder, all are welcome to watch, identify and count birds around the Nature Center’s bird feeders. We’ll have binoculars you can borrow, bird activities for kids, identification tools and tips for you. Drop in anytime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to help count birds, warm up by the fire and enjoy a winter day.

Activities are happening outside the Nature Center.
