First Day Hike

Description

Start the new year with a walk in the forest on the Scuppernong Hiking Trails.

Hike at your own pace on a 2.3-, 4.1- or 4.9-mile loop. Be sure to visit the warming shelter for free kids' naturalist activities and crafts and learn about the Friends of the Kettle Moraine State Forest – Southern Unit. You can also spend a little time around the campfire.

A state park vehicle admission sticker is required on all vehicles, and the 2024 sticker will be available at the gate.
