Make and Take Flavored Lemonade

Description

Discover the wild flavors of Lakeshore State Park’s edible flowers! Muddle wild bergamot, anise hyssop or mountain mint to flavor a glass of lemonade. After your refreshing floral-flavored drink, take a scavenger hunt through the park to find these three flowers! Instructions will be provided for Scouts, friends and families to make their own flavored beverages at home. (Also counts toward Juniors’ Flowers badge.) We will be located near the north entrance to Lakeshore State Park. This event is open to the public as well.
