Learn to Butcher Deer

Description

Instructors will assist participants to break down a deer step-by-step and share tips on hanging a deer at home, removing lymph nodes for CWD testing, and storing your venison by canning or freezing. Workshops will take approximately 3 – 4 hours. Participants should come prepared to help skin, quarter, cut, trim and package. All supplies will be provided, and you’ll go home with venison!
