Sandhill Crane Watch - Natural Resources Foundation Tour

Sandhill Cranes are one of the many wonders within Sandhill Wildlife Area. Join Sandhill wildlife technician Carrie Milestone to witness the spectacular showing of thousands of cranes coming into roost on the Gallagher Marsh. We will drive to the hiking trail near Gallagher Marsh and hike to the viewing area. Please wear camo or neutral-colored clothing that is not black. Feel free to bring cameras, binoculars, walking sticks, flashlights and something to sit on if desired.

Meet in the Sandhill Parking lot at 3 p.m. The class is limited to 20 participants.

Preregistration is required along with a $18 registration fee per person.
