Sandhill Drummers NRF Tour

Sandhill Wildlife Area has its own concert happening this spring! Join our resident Wildlife Biologist, Darren Ladwig, as we search for our local rock stars, the ruffed grouse. We will travel on the property to known drumming logs and look at the habitat that grouse love to hang out in. Come see some active management and research going on so these drummers can thrive and continue to amaze at Sandhill.

Meet in the Sandhill Outdoor Skills Center.

The class is limited to 20 participants.

Preregistration is required, along with a $30 registration fee per person.
