Description

Have you ever wondered how we do wildlife research at Sandhill? Join us as we welcome UW-Madison graduate students and technicians currently doing research on Sandhill Wildlife Area. We will have a brief discussion on what goes into conducting wildlife research and the techniques used to track animals in the field. Test your skills afterward and learn the art of telemetry by tracking a live grouse!

Meet in the Sandhill Outdoor Skills Center.

The class is limited to 25 participants.

Preregistration is required before March 9, along with a $10 registration fee per person. Register here.
